Interview are particular useful for getting the story behind a particular’s experiences. The interviewers can pursue in-depth information around a topic. Interview may be useful as follow-up certain respondents to questionnaire, e.g., to further investigate their responses. Usually opened-ended questions are asked during interviews. Interview literally means “looking at each other”. There are six advices for preparation for interview.
1. Explain the purpose of the interview.
2. Address term of confidentiality.
3. Explain the format of the interview
4. Tell them how to get in touch with you later if they want to.
5. Ask them if they have any questions.
6. Don’t count your memory to recall them.
These are some question that may ask during the interview.
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Why did you leave you last employment?
3. What is your strength?
4. What is your weakness?
5. What did you do in your last job
6. What you accomplished, or
7. What have you done that you are proud of?
8. Add so on……….
